Monroe County Conservation District to Host Dirt and Gravel Road Maintenance Workshop
Saturday, April 13, 2019 – 9-11am
Homeowner Associations and Homeowners Are Encouraged to Attend!
Join us for a leisurely pictorial tour of erosion on driveways and how to fix it. This methodology can be applied to roads as well. We’ll go over concepts such as road location, road shape, surface drainage, subsurface drainage and stabilization. There’s something for everyone! Long driveway, short driveway, Association/shared roads. Light snacks and beverages provided.

Directions to Monroe County Conservation District: From Stroudsburg (or Exit 302 from I-80 West or 302B from I-80 East) go North on Route 611, travel half mile to the second traffic light in Bartonsville, and turn left onto Rimrock Drive. Follow Rimrock Drive for 0.4 mile, bear right onto North Easton-Belmont Pike, go 0.2 mile, then bear right onto Running Valley Road. The Center is 0.7 mile on left.
